It could be someone has been hurt in their family and we're prepared to deal with that. Murry and I recognize that the life that we're leading in this town, raising our kids, is very similar to the lives that our clients are leading. We perceive ourselves as one of them. I think we have a very laid back informal environment at this firm. So we really try to treat people as if we already know them, as if they're friends in the community and we try to be good listeners at that first conversation. Our reputation in the community is that we are trustworthy. Our word is our bond. We can be trusted to do what we say we're going to do. Our top priority is to fiercely advocate for our clients. They're in need of some help. They need someone to fight for them and that's our primary objective.
